The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and chopped up Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.
Cake Mix Peanut Butter Rolo Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Rolos.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
