Cake Mix Peanut Butter Fourth of July Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies bars made with a box of cake mix and filled with peanut butter and Fourth of July themed sprinkles. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookie bars for a fun and easy Fourth of July themed dessert this summer.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, peanut butter, vegetable oil, and Fourth of July themed sprinkles. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Cake Mix Peanut Butter Fourth of July Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Fourth of July sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
