The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Easter themed sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix Peanut Butter Easter Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar in a shallow dish.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
