Cake Mix Peanut Butter Easter Cookie Cups

Soft and chewy cookie cups made with a box of cake mix and filled with peanut butter and some Easter themed sprinkles. All you need is five simple ingredients to make these quick and easy cookie cups. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Easter.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and Easter themed sprinkles. Mix all five ingredients together until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
