Cake Mix Peanut Butter Christmas Sprinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and rolled in red and green sprinkles for Christmas. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious peanut butter flavors. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Christmas season.

The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients, except for the sprinkles are mixed together until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one in either red or green sprinkles and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix Peanut Butter Christmas Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • red and green sanding sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Place each sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one in one of the sugars. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
