The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, peanut butter and vegetable oil until smooth. Then fold in Christmas themed M&Ms. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Cake Mix Peanut Butter Christmas M&M Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs,peanut butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
