The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and roll the dough into balls. Roll each one into a dish of green sanding sugar. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip St. Patrick's Day Sprinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup green sanding sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the sanding sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
