Easy soft and chewy peanut butter cookie cups filled with chocolate chips. These easy cookies only need five simple ingredients. The cookie dough is started from a box of cake mix, and filled with tons of peanut butter and chocolate flavors. Everyone will love these easy cookie cups for any occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Mix all five ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
