Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie cups filled with butterscotch baking chips. These easy cookie cups need just five simple ingredients, and is started from a box of cake mix. The peanut butter and butterscotch flavors go together perfectly. Everyone will love these easy cookie cups for any occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of white cake mix, eggs, peanut butter, vegetable oil, and butterscotch baking chips. Mix all five ingredients together until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
