Cake Mix Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips. All rolled in a delicious mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, giving these cookies a delicious snickerdoodle flavor that everyone will love for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of yellow cake mix with oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
