Cake Mix Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with oatmeal, dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. The cookies are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, making the cookies even more soft and chewy. They make the perfect easy treat to bake for any holiday or occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients, except for powdered sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one in a dish of powdered sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
