Cake Mix Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
