Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl mix together cake mix, oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the dried cranberries.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
