Cake Mix Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with dried cranberries and chocolate chips. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the oatmeal cookies and the delicious cranberry and chocolate flavors. They are perfect to bake this fall season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

• 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
• 1 cup quick oats
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
2. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
