Chewy oatmeal cookie cups made using a box of cake mix. All you need for these simple cookie cups is four simple ingredients and a large bowl. They make the perfect easy treat to bake for just about any occasion. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookie cups and delicious oatmeal flavor.

The only four ingredients that you need is a box of white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and quick oats. All four ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup quick oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and oats.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
