Cake Mix Nutter Butter Snickerdoodle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies filled with crushed peanut butter nutter butter cookies. Then rolled in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. The cinnamon sugar mixture gives these cookies a delicious snickerdoodle flavor that everyone will love.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of yellow cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Crushed nutter butter cookies are then folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed nutter butter cookies
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed nutter butter cookies.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
