The only five ingredients that you need for these cookie bars is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, crushed nutter butter cookies, and chocolate chips. All five ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Press the cookie dough evenly into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed nutter butter cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed nutter butter cookies and chocolate chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
