The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Cake Mix Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
