Cake Mix Leftover Candy Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with chopped up leftover candy bars. Any candy bars will work well in these easy cookies. They make the perfect and delicious way to use up some leftover candy from Halloween or Christmas.

The only four ingredients that you need is a box of cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and chopped up candy bars. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped up candy bars

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate bars.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
