Soft and chewy cookie cups made with a box of cake mix and filled with chopped up leftover candy bars. Any leftover candy, such as Reese’s cups, or M&Ms work perfectly in these easy cups. They make the perfect easy dessert to bake to use up some leftover Halloween or Christmas candy.
The only four ingredients that you need is a box of cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and chopped up leftover candy bars. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until the center of the cookie cups come out clean with a toothpick.
Cake Mix Leftover Candy Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped up leftover candy bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chopped up candy bars.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
