Soft and chewy cookie cups made with a box of cake mix and filled with tons of delicious peanut butter flavors and Halloween themed sprinkles. These easy cookie cups need just five simple ingredients and take a only a few minutes to put together. They are perfect to bake this Halloween season.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and Halloween themed sprinkles. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

• 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup Halloween sprinkles

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
