The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
