Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with Halloween sprinkles and chocolate chips. And rolled in powdered sugar, making the cookies more soft and chewy. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture and delicious classic chocolate and peanut butter flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, Halloween themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
