Easy peanut butter cookie bars made with a box of cake mix and filled with Halloween themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookie bars this Halloween season. With the delicious classic peanut butter and chocolate flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Then fold in the Halloween sprinkles and chocolate chips. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

• 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles, and chocolate chips.
2. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
