The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, Halloween sprinkles and chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
