Soft and chewy cookie bars for the Fourth of July made using a box of cake mix. These easy chewy cookie bars are filled with fun Fourth of July themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. All you need is five simple ingredients to make these easy cookie bars. They are perfect to bake for a fun summer themed treat.

The only five ingredients that you need for these cookie bars is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Fourth of July themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. All five ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
