The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Fourth of July themed sprinkles and Chocolate kisses. The cake mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold the sprinkles into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
