The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
