Cake Mix Easter White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy sugar cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with white chocolate chips and fun Easter themed sprinkles. All you need is five simple ingredients and a large mixing bowl to make these easy chewy cookies. They make the perfect easy treat this Easter season.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, white chocolate chips, and Easter themed sprinkles. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
