Soft and chewy sugar cookie cups made with a box of cake mix and filled with Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. All you need is five simple ingredients and just a few minutes to put the easy cookie dough together. Everyone will love these easy cookie cups this spring.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Easter themed sprinkles, and white chocolate chips. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Press the cookie dough evenly into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
