Soft and chewy cookie bars filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. All you need is five simple ingredients and a large mixing bowl to make these quick and easy cookie bars. They make the perfect easy dessert this Easter.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Easter themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl until smooth. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish and bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
