The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then Easter themed sprinkles, M&MS, and chocolate chips are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Cake Mix Easter M&M Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
- Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together in a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
