To make the cookie dough, a box of cake mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Easter themed sprinkles and M&Ms are then folded into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Once they are out of the oven, place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
Cake Mix Easter M&M Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms
- chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
