Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies made with a box of cake mix and with half of the dough made blue and the other half blue with food coloring. Chocolate chips are also mixed into the cookie dough. Everyone will love these easy and delicious cookies this Earth day.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls and add blue food coloring to one and green to the other. Fold chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of dough from each bowl and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green and blue food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls. Mix green food coloring into one and blue into the other.
- Fold 1/2 cup chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of cookie dough from each and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
