Cake Mix Cranberry Oatmeal Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with dried cranberries. These easy chewy cookies are also rolled in powdered sugar before baking, giving them a more soft and chewy texture and crinkle look. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies this fall or winter.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with quick oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold dried cranberries into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the dried cranberries.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
