Cake Mix Cranberry Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with dried cranberries and butterscotch baking chips. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the oatmeal cookies and the delicious cranberry and butterscotch flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, then roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix Cranberry Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the cranberries and butterscotch baking chips.
  • Roll cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
