The cookies are made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Crushed circus animal cookies are folded into the cookie dough. Place the dough onto a baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top each cookie with a chocolate heart.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed cookies. Use a cookie scoop to place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate heart.
