Cake Mix Christmas Peanut Butter Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with peanut butter and Christmas themed sprinkles. The cookies are also rolled in powdered sugar before baking, making them more soft and chewy. These easy cookies make the perfect easy treat to bake this Christmas season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then sprinkles are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
