Cake Mix Chocolate Cherry Crinkle Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Soft and chewy chocolate cherry cookies filled with tons of white chocolate chips and dried cherries. Rolled into powdered sugar before baking, giving these tasty cookies a crinkle look. These easy cookies are started from a box of chocolate cake mix. Using cake mix makes these cookies so much easier than regular cookies, because no mixer is needed, and you just need one large bowl to mix all of the ingredients in.

The cookie dough is started by mixing a box of chocolate cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. White chocolate chips and dried cherries are folded into the cookie dough, and formed into balls using a cookie scoop. Roll each cookie dough ball into a shallow dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
