Cake Mix Butterfinger Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy cookie bars made from a box of cake mix, and filled with delicious chocolate butterfinger candy bars. These easy cookie bars only need four ingredients to make. It is so much easier than baking regular cookies, because no mixer is needed, and the dough does not need to be refrigerated. These easy cookie bars are perfect to bake for any occasion.

The only four ingredients that you need is, a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and chopped butterfinger candy bars. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped butterfinger candy bars

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chopped butterfinger candy bars.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
