The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of brownie mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to drop cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and decorate with candy eyes and Oreo cookie halfs.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Oreo cookies, halved
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and decorate with candy eyes and Oreo cookies.
