The brownie batter is simple to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in the same bowl. To save on time, you can even use a premade boxed brownie mix instead and prepare it according to package directions. Use a cookie scoop to drop brownie batter onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center of each cookie comes out clean with a toothpick. Top each cookie with one chocolate kiss.
