Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
