The only five ingredients that you need is a box of vanilla wafer cookies that is crushed, softened cream cheese, chocolate chips, candy eyes, and halved Oreo cookies. Mix the crushed cookies with the cream cheese. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, and fully coat each truffle in the mixture, then set onto a plate, and decorate with the candy eyes and Oreo cookies. Let the truffles sit until it is completely set.
Bat Vanilla Wafer Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 ( 10 oz.) box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- candy eyes
- Oreo cookies, halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed cookies with cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each cookie truffle in the chocolate and set onto plates.
- Decorate with the candy eyes and Oreo cookies. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
