Bat S’mores Truffles

Quick and easy chocolate truffles with all of the classic s’mores flavors. The truffles are made with marshmallow cream and filled with crushed graham crackers, all covered in melted chocolate chips. The truffles are decorated into bats with candy eyes and Oreo cookies. Everyone will love these easy fun Halloween treats.

The truffles are quick and easy to make, butter and marshmallow cream are mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms. Fold in the graham crackers and roll the mixture into balls. Set them onto a plate and melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and Oreo cookies. Let the truffles sit until completely set.

Bat S'mores Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • Oreo cookies, halved

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, marshmallow cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined. Fold in the crushed graham crackers.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each truffle in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and Oreo cookies. Let sit until it is completely set.
