Easy sloppy joes are a classic quick and easy dinner. Instead of using the traditional tomato sauce flavor in these sloppy joes, they are made with barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce is a delicious addition to these sandwiches. It takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish to makes these juicy sandwiches. Serve with a side of fries or your favorite chips.

These sloppy joes are quick and easy to make. The ground beef is first cooked in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain the grease from the meat and return the beef to the skillet along with barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Let the mixture cook for a few more minutes to heat all of the ingredients together. Serve over hamburger buns with cheese if you would like.

Barbecue Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain grease and return the meat to the skillet.
  • Add in barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Continue to cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes, to heat through. Serve over hamburger buns.
