Fluffy and buttery homemade pancakes baked in a baking dish. These easy baked pancakes are filled with chocolate and peanut butter Reese’s puffs cereal. Baking the pancakes in the oven is so much easier than cooking them on the stove-top and a great way to serve a lot of people. Serve topped with butter, syrup or other favorite pancake toppings.
The pancake batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. Reese’s puffs cereal is then folded into the pancake batter. Pour the mixture into a large greased baking dish. Bake until the center of the pancakes comes out clean with a toothpick. Cut into squares and serve.
Baked Reese's Puffs Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup Reese's puffs cereal
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Fold in the cereal.
- Evenly pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
