Pancakes are always a favorite for breakfast. But they can also be time consuming making a whole batch of pancakes for a lot of people. Instead of the traditional way of making pancakes, these are made by baking them in a baking dish instead. They still have all of the delicious flavors of pancakes, but made with less time. These pancakes are still fluffy and delicious, they are so quick and easy to make, perfect for a weekday breakfast, or weekend brunch.
For the pancakes, I made a classic homemade pancake batter, but any type of pancake mix will work for these. You can make them from scratch or you can use your favorite pancake mix instead. You can customize these pancakes to your families favorites. Like chocolate chips, blueberries, or even sprinkles to make a fun birthday themed pancake. Add any other ingredients to your pancake batter before baking and bake until the top is lightly browned, and they come out clean with a toothpick. Serve with your favorite syrup or toppings.
