The only four ingredients that you need is cooked and diced chicken, a packet of taco seasoning, taco shells, and shredded cheddar cheese. For the chicken, you can use leftover chicken or a rotissery chicken. Mix it with a packet of taco seasoning. Place your taco shells onto a greased baking sheet. Fill with the chicken mixture, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until the chicken is heated through, and the cheese has fully melted.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 ( 1 oz.) packet taco seasoning
- 10 taco shells
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix chicken and taco seasoning together. Place the taco shells onto a large greased baking sheet.
- Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
