Baked Chicken Pepper Jack Tacos

Easy and cheesy baked chicken tacos topped with shredded pepper jack cheese. These easy tacos are so quick and easy to make, they are perfect to make with some leftover chicken for a delicious and easy weeknight meal that the whole family will love. Serve topped with your favorite taco toppings, such as lettuce, onion or tomatoes.

The only four ingredients that you need for these tacos is cooked and diced chicken, a packet of taco seasoning, taco shells, and shredded pepper jack cheese. Mix the cooked chicken with the taco seasoning, and place the taco shells onto a large greased baking sheet. Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese and bake until the chicken is heated through, and the cheese has fully melted.

Baked Chicken Pepper Jack Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet taco seasoning
  • 10 taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix chicken and taco seasoning together. Place the taco shells onto a large greased baking sheet.
  • Fill with the chicken mixture, and top with shredded pepper jack cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
